Velora Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If there are any unexpected delays (such as high order volume or shipping carrier issues), Velora will notify you by email.


2. Delivery Times

Velora currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Note: Due to a high demand and global shipping conditions, delivery may occasionally take up to 21 business days. We are doing our best to ensure your full satisfaction and fast delivery.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders to Australia, please allow additional time due to extended international transit and customs clearance processes.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Velora is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@official-velora.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Velora is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an incorrect address is entered, please reach out to us as soon as possible — while we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
