We process and ship orders promptly; however, we are not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost packages once an order has been marked as delivered. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Velora is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

You may return your product within 60 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unopened in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Promise: You have 60 days to try Velora—if it’s not a fit, send them back in original condition.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We may modify site content at any time, but we have no obligation to update it regularly.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your order will automatically renew at the stated billing interval unless cancelled.
Discounted Subscription Pricing
Subscribers may receive discounted pricing compared to one-time purchases. By subscribing, you agree that future orders will be automatically processed and billed using the payment method provided at checkout.
Billing Cycle
Your subscription will renew automatically on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) on the same or approximately the same date as the original purchase date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal unless your subscription is cancelled.
Order Processing
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email and access to a customer portal where you can view your subscription details.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through the customer portal, if available.
Cancellations take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
Because subscription details, confirmations, and account access are provided at the time of purchase, we are unable to retroactively cancel or reverse a billing cycle that has already been processed.
Example
If you subscribe in January and the subscription renews in February, a cancellation request made after the February renewal will apply to March and future billing cycles.
